Post your average ski sack lunch

The French and swiss Alps are graced by an overabundance of small crepe stands.

So apart from the occasional bottle of water and bar in my bag nothing else.

If I need more then a quick bite there are cafe's and restaurants draped over every Alp.

Chocolate crepes

So perfect.

How much was that? Like 20 francs?

This is why we can't have nice thing in this country.

I usually shoot for something that can be chowed either hot or cold. Mac n cheese with hotdogs is always baller. Mostly I just forage, though. Cashews, raisins, beer and the like.

That's not my picture, I would have a much more thoughtfully composed one, if not for the fact that I always finish the bloody things before I whip out my phone.

Prices vary wildly, depending on topping, exact location and reputation although most crêperie's will sell their delicious bundles of joy for roughly 2-5 euros.

Endorphins (ie instead of adrenaline) and Vitamin D (sunbathing).

Then some I would have some spirulina and water.

Warrior Diet:

"Unlike other diets that require counting calories, points, or other adherence to strict controls, the Warrior diet is based on the premise that the human body is programmed to control its own feeding. The one rule regarding feeding is one meal per day, ideally 2 hours before bed."

The free Nature Valley bars they hand out at the bottom of Breck and Key that turn your mouth into a desert.

out of all the discount rate beers (rainier, PBR, rolling rock, etc.)

PBR is by far the worst. And because its so bad, you know if you see anyone drinking it, they must only be drinking it to project an image, and therefore I lose any respect I had for them.

Friends don't let friends drink PBR.

or maybe people have different tastes in beer and not everything is as simple as your feeble brain wants it to be. "and therefore i lose any respect i had for them" hahaha okay chief

anyway... it's been covered. water, clif bars, beers, green. maybe some coffee

Leftovers from the night before, noodles or a sandwich. Our hill has a micowave and hot water for people to use. I also buy fries too often...

Here in Maine, at least where I go, PBR is generally 4 or 5 dollars cheaper on the 30 compared to other discount beers, about 6 cheaper in the mountains, its 22 at my local place for a 30 of PBR compared to rolling rock at 27 being the next cheapest
