Found a 189 ObSethed for $50. drilled twice extremely tempted. Anyone skied them?

a whole ski or two, at the price of a case of coors banquet (under socialism) is never a bad play

i can't speak for others but wachusett is just really busy (and kinda seems to take itself kinda seriously) compared to how small and flat it is. i'm not a mountain snob, i can enjoy the hell out of a small mtn, but i'm not down to sit in long lines and pay pretty handsomely for a tiny flat place. i haven't been in ages

lmao that's very accurate, I go for ski club

oh fudge. cus I was lowk just considering switching my ED school from middlebury to holy cross..

why does everyone rail wawachusset

Grew up skiing there every night in high school and probably won’t go back unless they put the park back on look mom or we get another winter like 14-15. There’s some absurd tree skiing there that at least back then wasn’t skied often (probably cause the threat of going to jail lol)

i mean, i haven't been to wachusett in ages so who knows these days. and i don't know anything about holy cross but middlebury is a good school in a sweet spot for skiing etc, i can def vouch for that

but anyway, it's up to you how much skiing etc factors in to college choices!

yeah middlebury is unparalleled for skiing, but I'll still be able to do a ton at holy cross. middlebury's a little better than holy cross but it's still a great school.

do u remember the park being good at all? I'm shit at park so it doesn't really matter lol but I'd like to think i'd get decent after like 4 years.

park at wachusett? it was decent/fine ages ago when i last went, couldn't tell you how it's been in recent years, sorry. i bet someone on this site can answer that though

I have a bunch of friends from Texas who have never been skiing in their life and have also never seen snow but I showed them a hoodcrew video a couple months ago and now they keep posting skiing videos in our group chat. They're all totally hooked one of them just linked the new Wells Brothers video unprompted lmfao

Lucky mf. My ass is pulling up to ski Bradford every Monday and waiting in line to hit the one shitty jump we built

ski bradford used to be the shit like 6 years ago, they didn't have many jumps but they had a good rail count and a rope tow that lead to a couple rails.

The pain in his eyes after everyone said his kit isn’t as good as Al baked is hilarious. And how he proceeded to just say everyone is wrong was a crazy take

Damn fr? Looks like I missed the glory days. Maybe they ran out of budget for a park crew

After it opens maybe I’ll ask if they still have any rails lying around

Im genuinely scared to go ski Copper this season in fear of running into this manic piss-drinking ginger pointing a camera in your face and roasting you.

He's easy to avoid, you can see him from a mile away. Also he's not usually bad in person compared to online

Watched a kit chat bar once. Made my skin crawl. I never want to meet this guy.

I’m more worried about seeing him at Ruby hill. Hopefully the drive from Leadville now scares him off

Suppose I found 193 bighorns, pretty beat, no bindings posted for 300. I was thinking hypothetically offering 150. Assuming they need a base grind and edge tune.

I hear they'll make the whole mountain your playground

The Big Horn makes the whole mountain your playground. We designed a new layup for the Big Horn with Freeride World Tour Champion Isaac Freeland that preserves its playful nature while improving its ability to hold up to the highest speeds and largest airs on the mountain. What we've developed is the perfect balance between the confidence to shred anything and the playfulness to jib to your heart's content. Available in 96, 106, and 114mm widths the Big Horn has a full poplar wood core with layers of biaxial carbon fiber wrapped in vibration dampening rubber sandwiching the core.
