New England was finally building up a real base and now it's all getting wiped away. Already feeling like the beginning of the end.

Same here in Ohio, it's going to be looking pretty grim after another week or so

I’m really impressed with the reckoner 112 tbh. I got these this year and used them for the first time. I gotta say I loved them, very similar to the Jeffery imo. It’s pretty stiff than I expected.

I do still prefer my jefferey 102 being stiffer and has more rocker, but it’s a legit option for someone looking for a ~110 width ski. Especially for about 500 you can get the 112 for

Only if youre dead set on learning something new. Big Sky has a ton of side hits and rocks and drops and stuff all over that are so fun when it's new snow

So I’m skiing my local hill from last year, little hill in Finland. The park is super fun but some of the rails are maddddd rusty. After like 3 runs, my edges are sticking and burred the fuck up. Even black like they temporarily caught on fire. I didn’t experience this at resort I was skiing last week. Now I know why I was so frustrated last year at my edges. I guess you’ve got to have no edge underfoot here lol

Old saga is unmatched, in freezing rain it stayed dry longer than my brand new baker bibs.

10-15 saga was unmatched, the 3L anomie was golden

I forgot to grab a picture but I saw an actual mug moment today, laying in the snow while I was teaching a lesson a half empty bottle of mug was sitting in the snow leaking out into the surrounding area

Soldier Mountain is such a vibe. Will have to make a point of going there next year if consitions are better. Cool cool place, too bad snow was minimal and not optimal.

learned how to get on rails blind today

wait, is that what its called when urban on to a rail and rotate in your natural direction but from the unnatural side of the lip?

like, rotating left foot forward, but hopping over from the right side of the lip instead of the left

This was confusing.

If you go up to rail from right side and you rotate to the left (landing left foot forward) - blind.

If you go up to the rail from right side and rotate to the right (landing right foot first) - blind lip

which one did you learn?

Correct me if I’m wrong but blind lip is just getting on the rail “normal”? Never heard it called that…..I should learn lip on

I think you right, in that context it would just be my unnat cuz I am left foot forward

I mean you land normal but you have to spin like a 270 blind the opposite side of the rail first (e.g. if rail is to your left, you spin to the right). Otherwise it doesn’t make sense. It’s just getting on the rail lol

I want a 96 underfoot wet

ive always thought the regular wet is too thin but the wide is too wide, I really would love to ride something around that. I think the golden underfoot at the moment is 100 which only surface is taking advantage of currently.

That's what I thought. I've been looking for something similar to V's around that. Looking at nomads

I ride Mango 100s

Fauna Omni is 100. I agree that 100 is around the golden width. 95-100 is the sweet spot for park in my mind

I hope they make some longer lengths in the future. Those look really cool

How often do you go to a bootfitter?

I went maybe like 2 years ago and have been having some issues this year terms of toe bang and ankle issues.

How many days do you have on them? May be time for new boots if it’s 100+
