In NYC for work for the next week and already a week in to my shift. We’ve been on standby for most of the time which has been a bummer, but I got to sit courtside at the NY liberty game with my cousin the other day. We went to the VIP club in the Barclays center and had dinner next to Amy Pohler, Jason sudeikis and Michael Imperioli. Shit was wild, Jason Sudeikis also might be the nicest person on the planet. He asked my name and how I liked the game and how long I was here for. Gonna have to rewatch Ted Lasso now tbh

i drive super quick and have been in some crashes from poor risk taking lol. i am not a good candidate for a motorcycle because i would view it as an exciting way to travel and i would weave in and out of traffic. i really want an R1 but i think id crash at some point.

We've had a few family friends die/get in serious motorcycle accidents and I promised my parents I'd never buy one.

I actually live in Rapid so I head up a couple times throughout the week usually. Got friends that do shows and all that. Just never owned a bike. If the house we just bought is a nice gal, I should hopefully have enough to buy a bike by next summer. Havent rode much other than dirtbikes and that was 10+ years ago so it should be interesting lol

but yeah spare bedrooms probs open for the week. Unless the wifey convinces me to rent out the house and go to mexico or something I will be here

For those kiddos that end up buying a bike. Please invest in good gear!! Accidents happen no matter how good of a rider you are. I myself have crashed and I am very thankful I had good gear. Pavement doesn't have any empathy for you

Those are sick but also that surface does not look like a Newtonian fluid and the rider is wearing a shirt therefore way less fun

The nice thing about motorcycles is it makes mundane speeds feel fun. Riding around at 45mph-60 on some winding back roads is a good time for me rn but I haven’t been riding very long. Me and my friends used to go out and joyride our cars in the middle of the night and that’s wayyyyyyy more dangerous but less fun overall.

The only crash I’m legit worried about when riding is getting in a collision with a car that didn’t look before pulling out.

I don't know anyone who's been in a crash but I've seen the immediate aftermath of one of these, car turned left on a flashing yellow and "didn't see" the motorcycle. Seeing a grown man curled up in the fetal position in a pool of his own blood is something I will unfortunately not be able to forget. He died

I don't like when people do dumb shit with their cars because other people are are at risk but with 2 wheeler it's mostly you who is going to die so I don't mind it.

I don't know why but nordics+2 wheelers= crazyness.
 
Cousins dad got some nice tickets to the game tomorrow but he's out of town so we get them instead. Never get to weekend games cuz they're a bit more spendy, real hyped

isnt moped a word that comes from motor pedal? i thought a moped was a bike with motor assist?? those don’t have pedals lol. if by half moped you mean the mo part and not the ped part than yeah I guess so lol.

Not the best day of my life but it was pretty far up there for non ski days. I don’t think it’s classy to not pay for everything first date, plus i just graduated and have a job now to back stuff like that up every now and then. If it goes nowhere whatever I won’t be hurting over the money I spent. Sometimes I gain more happiness from spending money for other people that I value rather than just spending money for myself. That being said I know when to cut it off.

On a similar note I’ve been on so many dates / through so many failed talking stages at this point that it’s probably starting to add up haha. but I can’t not pay for ma girl on a date especially if it’s early on lol.

Couple of former mariners catchers got the call up to fill the empty manager positions. Hopefully playoffs won't be completely out of reach

My school has two anonymous social media channels and this other one is (school name)crushes. I'm pretty sure some made a post about me when taken into account that my school is only 35% boys and half of those are smelly nerds and then clothing mentioned matched what I was wearing today and no else was wearing something similar, so There is like 75% chance it's me. Good luck trying to get in contact with me since I don't currently use ig or snapchat and I'm not active in school happenings. Nothing will ever happen tho. I'm not interested in dating rn.
