I'm so in between mindsets on skiing. I really want to become the best I can be at what I want to do on skis, and push this stuff as much as I can while I can, but at the same time I'm so against the whole "training" and all-out gym/lifting/fitness mentality.
But I guess there's nothing wrong with lifting weights and shit to stay in good shape. It really doesn't mean anything about what I have to do on skis.
