ive been playing a lot of shredsauce on my phone lately. honestly stoked to see how supportive that community can be of each other. laps where you just watch each other play and hype each other up is like the healthiest video game experience ive ever seen. im pretty trash and ill play slvsh or ski with people from time to time and its the nicest group of kids on there. and right when my faith in humanity is restored, some 9 year old comes in just to drop the n word over and over. lmao.

Finished Andromeda Strain and just started on Blood Meridian for my 10th book read for the year (real book readers can shut up this is a lot for me)

Definitely enjoy coming back to Cormac's style of writing

I set up a booth at my school’s involvement fair for our ski club today, we got like 40 fuckin people interested!! I let people sign/draw on my skis and now they may be the favorite thing I own. Also met a really nice girl there and we seemed to hit it off. And the ravens lost tn… We are so back?

A woman I did a river trip with with told me she hates pit toilets at night because "you can't see the perverts". Turns out her dad was a Southwest CO sheriffs deputy in the 80s and one day he got a call about an animal stuck in a pit toilet up at a popular lake. Well when he got there it was actually a full grown man who had climbed down into the toilet to be a perv and then got stuck and had started to drown. So her dad got down in there and held the guys head above water until backup got there

He was a local chef

Ive heard about this in portra pottys at music festivals too. clearly some fucked up people. i don’t get how you get to that point as a human

I really like taking my bass and tuning it to drop c and clamping it between my collarbone and chin and then just let the vibration ring throughout my bones. it’s very relaxing

yes his name is Peanut Butter, he’s about 9 years old. The most mellow cattle dog i have ever met, very quite, quite relaxed most of the time. But very very stubborn and food driven like most cattle dogs. He pairs well with lola. She pretty mellow about 7 and has a lot of energy but lets it out occasionally.

Go for it I use to have an older cat when I was younger and he was so chill and loving.
 
I guess there are some perks to having a blue collar manual labor job: Free truck washes and minor maintenance on slow weekends cuz my mechanic is bored and wants to work on our cars for us. He helped diagnose my belt issue today which is sweet. One of the pulleys is really loose.

YES!! old cats need homes just as much as younger ones. I’ve found all of our older residents are super sweet and 10 is honestly young for a cat.

Well anywhere in WA you’re close enough to skiing. Just a few hours drive at most in any direction there’s resorts somewhere.

closest ski resort to me is an 8 hour drive. And it’s a shit resort. I don’t enjoy traveling to ski but I gotta do it atm. Hope to move to a ski state within the next few years.
