Table Mountain.

Both of my Saskatchewan mountains.

Plattekill is not pathetic. There are some good woods, nooks and crannies if you will. There are far more worse hills than Plattekill.

You're ungrateful. Your vert is 2,100 feet, the longest run is 2.9 miles, and there's 84 trails. How can you say that's pathetic? YOU'RE IN NY!

things like this make me so happy to live in CO. :) sorry for you guys though some of those hills make me want to cry

i really feel for you guys. i dont see why they just pile up some dirt in an area, they would probably achieve more vertical.

wtf? platekill isnt shitty, they get a lot of snow and have aboiut 1000 vert.

were talkin 200 vert, shitt snow and shit trails, woth no terrain park

i skied 3 feet of pow at plattekill last yera, so plattekill isnt pathetic

yea, but they open mad early ang have rails and boxes. and let u build a little kicker or set up the boxes

my hill doesnt open till mid dec, has like 250 vert, gets 35 inches of snow per year, absolute shit snowmaking and no park, and i instruct there and dont even get a free pass. and they knock down the little kickers we try to build. ugh im never goin there again

o, they also list 30 trails but theres about 7, and all of them go around the mountain fromt he top and are as flat as fuck. and they have like 7 lifts, but its really 2. shit on the trail map doesnt even exist, or the trails they list never open because theres no shitty snowmaking on it, and we never get enough natural snow.

thunder ridge aka thunder bump takes the title,. fuckin shit family mtn

rant over

yeah i know but the terrain park is pathetic and it's prices are too high. i live 2 miles from it and i know how cheap they are. some of the dumb things they do are rediculous.

Sundown Mountain

brantling takes the cake here end of discussion... if you haven't seen this place, you just don't understand. there is literally a road at the top of the hill. saying the place has 100 ft. vertical would probably be an overstatement. however it is the home mountain of olympic skier dianne roffe (sp), so its still a pretty cool little place. i'll certainly never go near the bump again, but when we talk about pathetic peaks, this one's got it in the bag.

"Open and groomed

The park is going to be a bit different this year, we did a lot of expantion and construction over there this summer and I have design a totally new layout with a lot more features."

Nice spelling.

This is near where my parents live in Illinois.

nope, your hill has a terrain park and rail jams, and im sure it gets more snow than my hill, my hill is the worst.

haha the summit. thats like 1/10 the way to the summit at stevens pass. i feel bad for you but if i only had that as a hill i would still shred it like it was alaska! skiing is skiing. but more area and snow is the best!

Ok that might win. I thought I had it with 110 vertical feet, but that sounds like less.

How dare they call it Powderhouse?

thats pretty bad. theres one here in ontario called centenial ski hill, its the shitties ski place ever i think it has the same as powderhouse

trailmap_large.jpg

1 chairlift, one pony tow

22 trails

one park with 2 jumps and 8 rails

at least the park is gettin better

my god, i remeber leaning to ski there, it seemed so steep to start off....becasue they made us go down the main hill....which seemed really steep at the bigging, but hey you gotta start someowhere
