Post miniscus surgery tips

ok so over the summer i had miniscus repair done orthoscopicly (sp?) , with the ski season getting closer i was just wondering if anyone here has any tips, exercises that help, what to do before a long day of skiing, stretchs etc... and did your knee affect you at all while skiing after having this or a similar surgery? thanks

ask your doctor or a rehab place... my expierences would say they will get you doing work with a big rubber band and then weights. but everyone is differnt

rehab a lot, stretch for a long time

i did a lot of low impact spinning on the stationary bike.

tons of streching and took it easy early season.

No jumps
