The guy on the mic got annoying really fast. I donno who won, I went down to hit the rails after the finals started. I liked the switch backflips though, so classy!
he was most definitly not down wit skier doods, when brian kish threw cab 10 the announcer went"i guess if you only get 10 feet of air you gotta spin to win" which is bull cuz he was higer than 10 ft
yeah, that tele kids backflip was gnar, announcer prolly thought it wasnt legit though. the worst was when he claimed that the 270 on pretzel 450 off wasnt a difficult trick
or the nollie front flip or the boarder who hit the guy on the side of the landing or the kid who slipped out oon a backie cuz the lip had an early lip kick to it-that was scary as fuck or me being retarded and not being to take off the godam thing clean switch. good times though.
street lip w/ down and dfd, kinda downish box, A frame, small flat bar and that gay 4 foot up box thing
dude on the snowmobile didnt think our makeshift downrail off the cornice was legit so he pulled it out and threw it in the grass like he was at a strongman comp
so0oo0 many people were getting owned and were way over their head as far as jumping goes, mad peeps killed the rails. just good to know i didnt have another incident.
yeah my buddy went... said the takeoff was like real steep in the beginning but flattened out at the end - which were sending people forward and people were getting owned on it.
picture like a 12 ft high lip with a buldge in the middle for a 35 ft table. sooo many people were getting completly owned in the warmups. i thought that snowboarder was gona die for sure from where i was standing
Lip on the jump was the worst thing I have seen in a long time. Especially given their building power they def did not step up to plate.
I even heard the guys on the jump talking about it saying that it was mad unsafe and laughing about it. So fucked up.
The rails where legit though, cept the announcer was a god daum fool. I got tapped out for doing a nose press after the person before me did a straight on straight off.
And the dude over at the urban type set up was talking mad shit as each skier went on.
Yeh dude, this guy was purposefully hating on skiers. It wasn't just a snowboard comp, and in fact all the skiers where going way bigger then any of the boarders. He did not once say even a neutral comments about the skiers, just always negative.
