d) skis bindings and boots came from a local shop in Van, outerwear came from Sports Chalet, where I can get a 30% discount on everything, I'll pay full price next time.

you're dumb. skiing isn't about what you wear or ride. it's about having fun.
a. it's a functional garment. i'd rather wear that in a blizzard that dealing with a chapped face, and i'm betting the other fellow would, as well.
b. jon olssons outerwear fits. so does tj schillers. they're some of the biggest badasses around, and you can't deny it.
c. public enemys arn't a bad ski. it's all preference. they're stiff and extremely stable, which some people might actually like. just because they're popular doesn't mean they're generic. i do believe Hunder and Bibby rock PE's a lot of the time...
d. some kids don't have things handed to them on a silver platter (i'm not saying you do, but...) and it doesn't matter where he got his gear as long as he's skiing and having fun. The kid said he got all his gear 30% off at a local ski shop in the first place.
so, uh, stop being mean for absolutely no reason. it's not about who's the best, but who's having the most fun.

The reaction in this thread is nuts, a kid comes on, I hate on him like all of you have before, and get hated on,
you've ALL called out someone for looking like a gaper, I only came on because another kid called him out, for looking like a gaper, i keep trying to be civil, people arent making it easy
