You don't need Mac-specific stuff. Just use newegg.com or ncix.com or tigerdirect.com or whatever you're down with.

I got 1gb of RAM from NCIX.ca for $160 Canadian including tax and shipping, while the same product from Apple.ca would've cost me $360 before tax and shipping. This is notebook RAM by the way.

i have a USB adapter that my cable plugs right into. its probably the best thing in the world cause not only do i not need a tv, but the software it comes with is amazing, you can schedule it to record all the shows you want and you can have it automatically put them onto dvd or your ipod
