That's Exactly how I just made mine, looks practically the same except mine's only 12 ft. i'll get some pics up later, paintin it right now.

went out on a mission tonight with the spur of the moment idea of making a setup
we fucking got every thing we needed but pvc, and all for free.
we scored some of these like extra large pallets that are like 10 ft
long and reg pallets, tons of free wood. real nice carpet that slides
fast, shit load of snow fence, and pvc.
we just went on a fucking mission with 3 fixies and a bike buggy(burly)
it was such a fucking success, im so stoked to build our completely free set up tomorrow....
ill post pics when its done, itsgunna be legit. we just need like 6
more pallets for the platform on our drop in. which are so fucking easy
to steal. you can go down one alley here and find like 6.

lol i failed in this we didnt get pvc
but we stole some today and its soooo legit
pics of setup in progress, doesnt look very pretty but its sick
rail is 25ft
we may need to cut it, but his yard has a slope farther down if we dont have enough speed
and we still need a platform for the drop in....
but we came up with the idea, got all the materials, and built in less than 24 hours for free, so im stoked.
and today while jacking pvc i stumbled across TONS OF TURF in n alley
like id say 10x30 feet maybe more, we have yet to steal it cuz we have to wait till its night and we have a ride
but my stoop friend asked the guy if we could have it and he said no....
its always better to ask for forgiveness than permission is what i think

I'm pretty sure the sliding surface on my rail is plastic gutter piping.

it was dark when i took those pictures...
thats where i am now. i still have to stain it and put the HDPE on it.
just a question though.... should i weatherprooof underneath the HDPE or should it be fine without it?

Here's my completed box, pretty stoked. It was really really fun to build and paint. Did my first session on it today. So amazing learned my first k-feds both ways.

Custom made dolley with scooter wheels. Kind of wish the wheel were bigger, but it works well. It would be a pain moving the box without one.
