Post a musician/song that you don't think anyone on here has heard before.

so chill, reminds me a ton of Discovery. solid post!

i just discovered this band and can't stop listening to them. i have no idea if they're well known or not but i'd never heard of them before. you guys might recognize this song from the new Fright Night trailer, i love how sinister it is:

and another incredibly sick one by them that i couldn't find a youtube video for:

You sir have made some solid posts, THANK YOU.

Another artist that nobody I've run into has ever heard of:

I love this song.

Thanks! +k

That song was soooo good, I love post-rock type stuff, reminded me so much of Explosions.

On the note of post-rock:

And an unrelated song:

Fuck yeah Yndi Halda is my favorite post rock band next to Sigur Rós and Hammock. Speaking of which...

That was the only thing I could find by them that I liked or enjoyed. Everything else seems too... Idk. I like that song/video though. Not a fan of the vocals in other songs.

Loved that. Just wish there was more variation and less looping. Still, when the drums kicked it was something new. I'm just a sucker for anything with a nice piano melody though.

At least a few others have probably heard this but I can't get it out of my head and I doubt that the majority of NS have heard it.

I almost dismissed this as hipster trash, but I'm really glad I didn't. I'm a sucker for cinematic post-rock.

This song always reminds me of Dumont's part in TBC. I really like this cover of it though.

Totally subjective, seeing as lots of people (including me) are stoked and you're the only one complaining. Why don't you post something dope that you don't think anyone else has heard before?

And yes, this is another mellow track. Deal with it.

Long arm is actually really sick. Thanks again.

Listener is really cool. At first I thought it was a bit whack, but it grew on me. Good post.

And the post right above me is really nice as well.

Just adding on to the Cloud Cult... This is my fav song by them. I listen to it once and can't get it out of my head.

That whole Black Up album from Shabazz was real sick. Some of the most innovative beats I've heard.

Here's something you guys probably haven't heard...

I have loved opeth forever, see them live, you will not be disappointed!

Damnation is their other non growling album which is incredible.

MY favorite opeth song is beneath the mire

Dirty Dike:

The other video "Pork Pie" Is good too.

Andrew Jackson Jihad:

Makes really dark music, with usually a happy tune in the background.

Anthony green and his guitar player from his band Circa Survive did a solo album together. and this is it.

This thread needs a bump

I found this guy from a ski movie i think so don't hurt me if i you have heard them. I just haven't seen this guy grow much and his music is fantastic

^I haven't been listening to a whole lot of hip hop lately, but that was so chill and soothing. Nice nice.

Found this remix of A Day in the Life today, and it's ridiculous. So interesting and different. The balls it takes to remix the Beatles... And creativity needed to do it tastefully.

Idk, the robotic lyrics don't really work for me...

Really cool/good hardcore punk. I definitely recommend checking this one out if you're into that sort of thing.

Folk Punk music is one of my favorite genres, but to anyone who isn't a fan, and prefers people with actual singing abilities this will probably sound terrible... But if you can get into this, great!

i actually didnt mind it at all. i liked the mix of the two. the guys voice took a little getting used to tho.

here's my choice.
