the look tt9's have a din that goes up to 15 with the fks turn table heel. Quite possibly the best binding ever.

Yep, hard to find, especially in the U.S. - only racers usually have them.

But I just need a 15 din FKS style clamp, I could ride the 18 DIN...but I'd be riding them in the lower range and would like to keep my bindings in the middle area if possible.

haha. ya sorry man. I picked up the fks 185 freeride for 150 at a shop and after looking i couldnt even find a close deal. However i am heading back down to that shop tomarrow to see if they still have that deal going, because i now realize how great of a deal it is. If they have the deal, i am buying a pair or two more for sure.
