i have probation for that and parafanailia. i got lucky though, the shcool got involved and thought that teen court wasnt bad enough, so they worked with mine and my friends lawyer and worked it out to be a 90 day probation. so actually its better than teen court but the school thinks its worse. and the best part is im going to be at hood for about 80 of those days, so ill only have to go to like two meetings with my po

How did you get busted for parafanalia (sp?)?Everyone in my school wears shirts with pot leafs and shit on them. Half my school is usually stoned during the day. They don't do anything.

also depends who busts you... if it's a canadian boarder gaurd you might just get a fine (we had about 12 grabs and got a $300 fine) and a boarder record (no criminal record - just expect a bunch of questions and bag search when you come back into canada for the rest of your life). and if it's a cop he can either just take it, fine you, or throw you in the slammer for a bit to think about what you've done... but going to jail is highly unlikely in canada (unless you're sellin' the shit...). also depends on the province you are in...
