Posession of paraphenilia in indiana

anyone know like what happens when you get caught with posession of a piece? no weed (it was all gone). first offense?

at the court date, is he getting like a fine?

for the record, it wasnt me. it was my friend. i inacted my miranda rights.
 
What's with you posting this video all over? Yes, it's kind of funny, but not THAT funny...
 
cause its great, ,,paraphanelia is no big deal theyll give him probation before judgement or something minor. Thats like the most uncriminal thing i can possibly imagine. unless it was like lab equipment for synthesizing crystal meth
 
it shouldn't be too bad. i assume their was ganj residue in it? i'm pretty sure its just gonna be a slap on the wrist. its not illegal to sell them in indiana, you see them at fucking flea markets
 
Usually the cops swap the bowl to see if there is resin to prove its used for weed then i guess you can get screwed.
 
if there is res in it then it is an illegal pipe. if you just bought it or have never used it you are fine.  good luck.
 
and to answer your question about a fine. he probably will get one but i doubt it will be that big. i could have told you how much a ticket would be if the cops would have checked my car. my buddy rear ended someone in Indiana but the cop just wrote out some info about reporting an accident.
