Detective is actually Reedy, though... you should message him as much as possible.

All I can say is, there are probably a lot more on than you'd think. NS isn't the best way to meet them, though. The best way is to get off NS and go skiing.

I know of 10 - 15 pros on ns... but I'm not gonna give out their names, cause they don't like to be bothered... however, they range from people like reedy to pep, mike nick to dan kiesel.

im just wondering why it matters so much to NOT know who a pro is. on snowboard.com they have the pros listed with special profies and such. i think it would be cool if pros could have their own special profiles on here. that way kids could look at who they are and what there about rather than bugging them when they dont know who somone is. i know of alot of pros on here and im sure some wouldnt mind having public profiles, it would gain more attention for their sponsors and for themselves.

We do pro interviews and such.

I'm not sure how we would decide who was a 'pro'. There would be the obvious ones, but where's the line? There are a lot of killer skiers on here that may have a couple sponsors, but should they have a 'pro' profile? I'm not feeling it.

Here is the easiest way to tell if they like tew atention or not. If their name is something like CR-JOHNSON for example then they want you to know it is them. I know tons of my pro friends on here and some of their names are obvious and most are not. You would be surpised.

lets put it this way, every pro is on here, they just might not want to post or let every 12 year on here know who they are.

It is kind of cool to know who the good skiers are...I rather read an answer of how to do a trick from a profession who knows what he or she is talking about rather than some little 11 year old who can hardly turn.

 
although cj has a good point, why does it matter whos pro or not. if you have a question about a trick make a thread and if they are interested they will post a reply. there like normal people though, they just wanna come here and chill. you dont get elevated to a different plain of existance just because youre 'pro'. I know it would be fun to get the attention at first but after a while you would get skick of being labeled. just let the 'pros' chill and be anonomous if they wish, and if they want the attention let them seak it out. we dont need pro profiles, ns is fine the way it is.

I bet all the people that say that they don't care who the pros are, are the ones searching through profiles trying to find them. On that note I don't care who the pros are. I think if all the pros just came out and said who they were they wouldn't get that much attention, I think everybodies just interested because its a mystery. Personally if I was a pro I'd make a really stupid comment and then once everybody posted shit about me I would tell them who I was and laugh as they all try to take it back.

They should have 2 acounts.. there secret one and there obviouse one to comunicate with fans.

ALot of ppl don't make it up to the camps.. or know anyone. A simple nice message back from a pro can make there day.
