Portable JIB???

ok so i am at university and i am thinking of trying to build a jib to take out to the ONE hill on campus that i usually build little kickers to session...

Im looking for some ideas on how to build a cheap Rail/Box that i can keep at the apartment and bring out to the hill when i want.

I am thinking a rail would be cheaper but not really sure how to go about it

Any ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciated
 
^yea i was gunna say the same thing. PVC is light and it slides pretty well, it is also relatively easy to work with and not frightfully expensive. build a couple 8 or 10 footers so you can change up the set up if you want.
 
we used to just drag bike racks over and build disasters or simply use the oodles of handrails on campus. are those options not around there?

you could always just make the "legs" of the rail collapsable so that you could slide it under your bed/futon or in your car when you weren't hitting it, or build a full on bomber rail but stash it somewhere secure with a bike chain on it.

i am trying to avoid using the campus rails because i have already been caught by university police and been put in the paper and what not, so next time i get caught i get the cuffs
