Porn in the yearbook

So we got our yearbooks the other day, and when everyone turned to page 128 we got a surprise...

i guess they did some random interview of this kid, and when they took his picture he was sitting down and he pulled one of the legs of his shorts up and you could plainly see his d-unit.

Worst of all for the kid (a freshman) he has either not hit puberty yet or he was cursed with a tiny dick, so not only is he gonna be suspended and probably expelled, he wont be getting any pussy for all of high school because everyone knows about his "little problem"

I guess people have talked to the yearbook staff and that page was checked by tons of people and none of them noticed, not even the yearbook teacher. When he was interviewed by the Auburn Journal (our local paper) he was quoted as saying "we didnt catch it because we werent on crotch watch"

So basically this kid is totally humiliated and now the school has issued a recall on the yearbooks because since the kid is under 18 it is classified as child pornography. Worst of all EVERYONE who bought a yearbook HAS to return theirs or else they will be charged with possession of child pornography and that is felony in California.

Is this an isolated case or has anyone else experienced anything like this?

does anyone else find this as insane as i do though? i mean...that pic had to go through about 100 people before it was actually put in the yearbook...i dont see how it wasnt noticed before
 
hahaha dude... you dont have to give the whole book back, just give them back that page.... I dont see why you would want it anyways.
 
I remember for our yearbook the kids who work on it get a lot of pictures to fill space of the seniors from their webshots and stuff, obviously they crop out any beers or anything from the pics, but it seems like every year they would miss like one picture where a kid was blatently holding a beer. my senior year theres a picture of one of my friends blatently holding a 40 in one of the pictures. it was so funny when we wer all flipping through it when they wer first handed out and someone spotted it.

i saw on MTV once..... these peopole were making a dvd yearbook, with all these videos and stuff. well they put secret passage ways and stuff on the dvd to find new stuff. they put a girl going to a wet tshirt contest in like mexico or somthing.... anyways everyboyd found out adn they all got in a little bit of trouble, adn i cant remember what else happend.
 
He pulled up his own shorts as a joke or something...he even got a lawyer and shit so he could try to prove that it was an accident, but in the pic you can blatantly see him trying to hold back a smile and pulling up his shorts
 
that's actually prolly the funniest thing ive ever heard...well i mean thats SUPER shitty for that kid but man...what a retarded yearbook crew.
 
haha that sucks for him. last year some kid at my school shit his pants and was so embarassed he left the school, actually the state i think
 
im gonna try to get the page from the yearbook, and im gonna take a pic of it with my digital camera and im gonna try to post it on NS so you guys will believe me 100% but for now you're just gonna have to take my word for it
