it's really really easy, just pop off your tails and throw your arms and shoulders either left or right, a lot of people can do 3's or more on flat ground
If you ever catch on fire, don't look in the mirror, cause I bet that would really throw you into a panic!
If its really that hard for you just like jump into a hockey stop...then jump into one and let your tails wash around....you'll get the feeling really quick.
hey bro, to get used to it just go super low, sort of gorilla style if that makes more sense, feet apart, and jump right from your feet, not your tails or nollie. also while you crouch keep your hands just below your knees and just twist a little before you boost then unwind, it'll work easy. Once you get used to it you don't have to exaggerate it so much and you wont even crouch. Like they said, once you get used to it popping off your nose or tails ads style and its easier sometimes. After you can do the 1's, 3's become pretty easy on flats too depending on your ski. I can pretty much 5 now, with a little washout

I like to slide around, but jumping looks better. Oh yeah, and popping off your tails is about timing, too. Its smooth, not a choppy lean back, then wait, then pop.
