Pop ups WTF mate!?!?!

Very frustrating, at first i thought oh shit must have gotten a virus because here are tons of popups, went to another site and nothing, figured oh well maybe something was just wierd. Then when im on today i realized that whenever there is a popup it is ALWAYS basically a scroll over add for what ever is on the top bar, Today its Sprints family plan. everytime i go to a different part of the site, different thread, or anything, i have to exit out of a popup. Its annoying as hell. Not sure if this is something im gunna have to get used to with ns advertizing (that would sucks) or if there is a glitch with my computer or what
 
We don't use popups! Is it a pop up, or an expandable ad?

its expandable ads, they just expand no matter where my cursor is. Im from NY, using vista with firefox, im guessing its my computer because ive talked to other people who said they have no problems ill double check to make sure all my spyware stuff is up to date right now
 
ggagaahhhhh i hate these things they are coming up every single time like right when i was typing this 2 came up one from the bottom and one from the top and my cursor has been in the middle the ntire time. im on a window xp using internet explorer
 
Im on a mac running safari, not sure what version and NS was the only webpage i had up. I had just reopened safari so there was nothing previously up.

I also got sad when i saw this, but i guess if it pays the bills.
