Well Propaganda was kind of a landmark ski film, so for its time it was better than War I would say. But if you just compare the two without realizing that there is a 5 year gap between them, then War is way better.

^songs are boring? just because everything isn't hardcore rap doesn't mean its not a good soundtrack in my oppinion, it is possible to ski to other music

I like most of the soundtrack. The two hip hop songs sound the same though. It has sick skiing and awesome transitons
