man i though for sure he was gonna win he did awesome! i dont think dumont deserved first he shouldve gotton second cause of the skecyness but still he went fucking huge. Jon ollson deserved first. but its still to bad for pete. think how awesome candide would have done if he hadnt injured his knee before the xgames. its also to bad about belanger that really sucks hes a cool guy

Pete's a jackass. I've been saying it ever since last March when I met him. Tonight just confirmed it. And I think that he should have gotten 4th. I think Tanner got robbed. It shoudl have been Tanner, Simon, Jon, in my opinion.

Amplitude is overated in my opinion. Yes it is a factor, but it isn't everything. In my opinion Jon threw the cleanest and most technical run.

BUT Judging always has its critics, no matter the outcome. More importantly, tonight was a great night for our sport and for that we should be happy. Skiing in the nation's spotlight, LIVE, PRIMETIME Television and everybody out there threwdown, everyone. Fucking Sick, I love it.

Phil had a sick run, who the fuck cares about his personality? If you want personality, look at Belanger, that guy gave it 612.179% to get back out there and throw it down even after his injury in his 2nd last run. He threw his YEAR on the line right there, what a guy.

Tanner's run was sooo stock, that guy doesn't do anything to progress halfpipe. He throws the same tricks that've been going down for years except that tiny 7 thing.

Dumont went huge, but he only did 3 actual tricks, that was BS.

Jon... Yeah man, Jon shoulda won, he was dirty out there, especially with that dirty flair that was so FUCKING ENOURMOUS. He owns.

dumont definitly deserved the gold. he was progressing the pipe the most by airing out so big and not just straight airs, he was throwin tricks in the mix too. the skiers were goin bigger than the snowboarders for once! and i think cuz dumont went so big it inspired chichton to toss down that fuckin nasty 18 foot alley oop flat five which was trick of the night behind the 22 foot 540.

i would much rather be an acquired taste, than a common flavor

What are you talkin abou they went higher last than Simon did this year? I think Simon went just as high and probably higher than all the skiers were last year.

 
yeah peter was being a jackass, he had a huge smile on when phil fell and really got hurt, and didn't even say anything to him when he was sledded away, and for being so cocky, his run wasn;t even that goodf compared to others'

but yeah, what matters is that is was a sic pipe comp, everyone had huge nasty runs, and it was plainly stated on national tv on sportscenter that skiers go bigger than snowboarders

^^you are wrong candide got 25 feet out on the xgames last year and almost every hit he got 20+ feet. dumonts highest was 22 with a small trick, candide actuall threw shit. candide went higher.
