Wow, thats a shitty crash. Why was he doing this quarter pipe thing lduring the x games? And by the way, he went huge.

And who else also watched Tanner during the powder awards. He so pissed that people boo'd. I'm not saying he deserved it but like on his last run he didn't put a show on for the crowds. People came from all over to support him - these are his fans - and he didn't show them anything at the end. If they give you a gold (which he deserved), at least proove you earned it, or your just being disrespectful to the fans and the people you beat. If Dumont was in that situation he wouldn't have coasted down the pipe.

Otherwise I love Tanner. He just grabs the mic and goes on talking and doesn't give a shit. But for the person that threw the snowball thats really gay.

Give the dude a break. The people actually at the X games know as much about skiing as my grandmother. It's the same disconnect between skiing and commercialization (e.g. announcers, judges) that you guys always complain about.

Tanner has a right to be pissed. I'm more irritated that no one on his myspace page has said screw the booers in a comment. He didn't deserve boos for not risking his balls in his last run. When people win like that, they usually take it easy. Jon did it on his last big air hit and no one complained.
 
tanner just wanted to have a good time and people acted like jackasses. they booed him before he took his victory lap. if i was him id give everyone the finger and slide down the pipe. man has a lot of composure to be able to still celebrate in the midst of all that.
 
i dislocated my shoulder this weekend at bridger, i was in so much pain. then i tried to take my glove off and just the slightest tug hurt so much so i tried it again and it popped back into place. my shoulder has been numb for about 3 dayz now

Poor dumont? POOR TANNER! Booed out of the area, snowball thrown at him? WHAT THE FUCK. Why do people hate tanner so much? He does 7 hits, goes as big as dumont, and does basically the best run ever period, and he gets a fucking snowball thrown at him? BULL SHIT.
