Poor boyz WE trailer has dropped

Poor song selection, even though I love Macklemore. Also trailer is a little weak IMO, but Poor Boyz always delivers.
 
I agree with this, song did not fit at all, and something about the trailer just seemed....off

still has an awesome message and I'm stoked to see it
 
I thought that the message of the song, matched the message of WE kinda, think about it. Like the lyrics are talking about having a good time with friends and stuff. Song didn't necessarily go with the skiing very well, but it made sense.
 
at first I was like "this is going to be really sick"

but about the 500th time they told me about how fun it is it ski with friends it seems a little tedious.
 
Macklemore is the tits but, that song choice was terrible. I just felt like they put it in so they could do some witty editing to go along with lines in the song which I think came out kinda dumb. Overall though I am super stoked it looks awesome.

after seeing this trailer I decided to get sunny instead, usually a bigtime pbp supporter but level 1 just blew them away this year, might end up buying WE too though.
 
I'd be more stoked if the song wasn't bad... didn't get me anywhere near as pumped as other trailers have. And thats a shame because there were a lot of insane shots in there
 
Poor Boyz seems to do a serious movie every other year, and a fun movie the next. This would be the serious movie, but it also looks fun to watch.Stoked on it.
 
PBP always seems to have the right idea, they just havent produced a great movie since EDIAS. And they said "We" was filmed with phantoms and RED's? I couldnt tell.
 
Also PoorBoyz, your website is deteriorating. No trailer link on the homepage, broken 404 links in places. I grew up watching and worshipping your movies, please turn it around!!
 
They didnt make the youtube trailer high res, but that doesnt mean the final product wont have great quality. Get yourself a 60 inch 1080 p tv and a blu ray player, watch the youtube video and the WE bluray disk on your big TV and then get back to me on which has better quality.
 
The skiers did a great job but holy shit that vibe is awkward. The skiers in PBPs are the least "crew" like group of people in any ski film/media. This vibe seemed highly contrived, unauthentic, and just plain cheesy.

Yea i realize it was on youtube. Im sure it will look much better on a TV, however, there was nothing in that trailer (even in 1080p) that led me to think they were shooting with REDs. Go look at Field Prod, they use epics as well, and their trailers and teasers look amazing. No hate intended on PBP, just saying that i couldnt even tell that was shot with very high end cameras
