Pond jump

my friend and i are making a pond jump and we have pretty much everything up and ready to go aside from the kicker.

i was wondering what kind of angle we should make it at, so thats theres a decent amount of pop but not enough to throw you backwards every time you hit it. well be hitting it with loller blades and speed is not a problem.

so if anyone has made one of these before and has some specs or if any one just has some advice+++k

Let me know if you have any questions, we built this a couple years ago and its still holding up great.

thats pretty sweet, i wonder if i can build a jump into the lake? i dont think the waters deep enough though

You better check that out. The depth of water depends on how much the ramp is out of the water, the lip of ramp, speed. I think 8ft or deeper should be fine

yeah swimming with skis doesn't work well. I had to swim out and help my brother cuz he couldn't make it back to shore and didnt want to kick off skis and maybe lose them.
