This shit is getting out of control. Saying anything race or cultural related is now complete taboo.

On Family Fued the other day (ya family fued, suck it), it was name something you think of when you think of San Francisco. Immediately I think, Gays. But you KNOW these families are thinking "should I say it? I don't want to say it"

so they dance around it, start talking about trolly cars or street cars and whatnot. They don't win all the money, then sureenough, right near the top: Gays. and the best par, they act surprised!! LOL,

"ohhhhh gayssssssssss" with a look like why didn't I think of that?

ITS OK TO KNOW THERES GAY PEOPLE IN SAN FRANSICO, just like there's jews in NY, rich people in Beverley Hills, and Scotish people in Scotland. They shoulda pulled the South Park line from wheel of fortune and just yelled it out.. "NIGGERS"...oh........."Naaaaggers...." (epic btw haha). But thats all I have to say. Can we at least TALK about race and gays instead of ignoring it?

Example: A big crowded room full of white people with one black guy.

1 Who is he?

2. uhhh, the guy in the red shirt.

JUST SAY HES THE ONLY BLACK DUDE IN THE ROOM. Were not going to get passed racism and homophobia if we remove it from conversation. Its the minorities that have no problem talking about, and will be the first to say "its that indian guy over there." or "the asian dude at the back"

People are way to touchy when it comes to race, it is one thing to be observant, but it shouldn't have to be filled with an insult as well.
 
i agree. if you're saying "ya there are lots of gays in San Francisco" you're not being discriminatory or whatever, you're just saying it like it is. its not as if you're saying "i fucking hate all those homos up in san fran", ppl need to chill the fuck out
 
well you know, i don't feel like it's game show material. and frankly, i have absolutely no qualms with calling my friend a gay, or a black, or the asian sensation, if in fact they are any of thoses. and i don't think they really care either. some people do. but anyways. i don't know. maybe if san francisco was "the gay state" but last i checked, a lot of towns have a lot of gays, including the one i live in, and they have their own spas and saunas and village. so i just flat out don't get it.

it's kind of like, "what is world war 2 most known for?" and the first answer is "jews" it doesn't really make sense even though it would work out eventually in a word association game. anyways. just my two cents.
 
san francisco isn't a state.......... its a city

and if you've ever been there, there are in fact a lot of gays there.
 
i think its stupid as fuck too quite frankly is these gays or nignogs get pissed off about shit like that they are openly saying that being gay/black/mexican/ has differences and should be treated differently..therefore declaring themselves racist...if that makes any sense whatsoever

on that note, montreal has approx. 350 000 versus san francisco which has upwards 94 000, and new york having 272 493. (as per my googles.)
 
Jesus, like said above, please stop talking, my brain hurts.. Were clearly talking about gays per capita. OBVIOUSLY NY has more gay people than San fran, because the city is massive. If there was an island called gay island with 1000 gay people on it and 2 straight guys, people would say that place is super gay, cause it is. It doesn't make it less gay than a city with a million people in it and 2000 gays.

like i didnt do any research or anything, but i find it extremely hard to believe that a city like montreal has a larger population of gays than a city like NYC
 
have you ever been to montreal? because it's pretty opened to gays and lesbians, and i can't really see tough new york being all that welcoming.

he said highest number of gays, not largest percentage. in that case, he wins in usa, but there is a higher percentile in other countries.
that being said, depending on the number of people in sf, mtl might have a higher percentage too, if i am in fact right. god forbid right.

to answer your first question, i'm from mtl (I dont know how my icon didnt tip you off)

and i know mtl has a large gay community, i was just saying that i didnt think that was possible considering NYC's population compared to mtl's. And also, those stats might not even be right because, like you said, mtl seems to be more open to gays than NYC, which might mean that ppl in mtl are more willing to admit that they are gay vs ppl in NYC, i dunno.

and i hope you didnt mean to include me in that little rant about looking like animals, but if you did i wasn't trying to be a dick at all, i stated serveral times that i didnt do research and i was not trying to make you feel stupid, so im sorry if it made you feel that way.

actually, most of my native friends, live in houses. and when i think of chicago, i think the first thing that comes to mind is jazz. i don't really spend my time thinking about ways to be a bigot and how to stereotype, i wasn't raised that way.

lastly. is it at all possible, that with such an opened community, that perhaps a factor of those people are immigrants? and therefore i am not doubting that maybe a lot of people are either afraid, or not willing to accept the fact that they're gay, or to tell anyone in general.

ya well i moved to the GTA when i was 6, and went back to mtl for university, and i just came back to ontario for 3 months this summer to party with my friends.

and i dont understand what you were trying to say in those last 2 paragraphs, about the whole immigration thing, i dunno, i might have misunderstood but it doesnt seem to me like thats relevant to what i was saying
 
it's south dakota. Pine Ridge is the worst indian reservation in the United States (according to some governmnet thing that i don't feel like trying to look up)
