Neither guys should have been on the force in the first place. Thats textbook criminal harassment, assault with a weapon and uddering threats by the officers. This is what black lives matters movement was all about: This video wraps it up perfectly.
These situations are what normal people might have to go through. The victim in that video was amazing, I would have been terrified of even stepping out of the car too. There is a problem with police when the one having 2 guns pointed at him had to de-escalate the situation.

The lieutenant pulled out his phone to record the second he got pulled over which is sad, it’s like he already know some bs was about to go down. I just feel bad when he got sprayed, he wasn’t even mad or anything he was just saying “that’s messed up”.
The whole thing could have been avoided if the cops had told him why he was pulled over, he could’ve explained that it was a new car and that the plate was in the window.

Idk just saw that next police shooting in MN. Story checks out that they accidentally used their gun instead of taser in struggle—they said they were using a taser and only fired once—- but what the fuck are they doing arresting someone for expired tabs and an air freshener? That’s not how this works...

Nah i really believe them when they claim accident. When somebody is resisting like that you don’t know if they’re trying to drive away, or grab a gun out of center console. Most police officers are good people, but the system is broken and African Americans have a much higher % based on pop. Per capita to be killed by a police officer... but I could just twist stats and say white people based on pop. Side note there is so much crime in my city right now and the cops barely do shit. The homies are out of control. They won't even respond unless there's an actual injury cuz there's so many reports of gunshots. I personally think there needs to be some knocking heads going on but on the other hand I've witnessed too many fucked up police activities. That's what happens when you put people with average or below average IQs and minimal education and training in charge of enforcing laws they don't even comprehend themselves. Police need to be held accountable in the same way the military is. Create a Uniform Code of Police Justice the same way the Military has the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Granted it can't be the same but the basis of the idea can stay the same. UCMJ covers just about anything from being late to formation and missing appointments to murder and rape. One set standard for every police department across the US. Obviously it would take tweaking and adjusting.
