Poles.

got me grips from some k2 poles i got for free, and some poles i found in the trash and cut down and painted gold.
 
Currently candy cane colored poles. The paint job is scraping off so I am probably going to go with a new paint job. I'm feelin hot pink and black, something ridiculous like that.

i have armada intstrument poles...and the other day i took off the actual pole and just rode using the grips...soooooooooo siick. try it some time...

it feels like u are still holding poles but just lighter
 
i got a random one from ski market and another random powder one. both are bent in random places and one is 10cm smaller than the other
 
anyways, I used salomon foil poles, but one broke, so i went into my cabins basement storage closet and found some ancient scott hot pink poles. my foils were 50" but that was just for some growing room, the pink ones a a little bit short on me, they are 48".

yeah but that he has been on since 2004 thats three years wiht 365 days and maybe 364 with a leap year and then times 365 by 3 that equals 1095 days to get 2500 posts thats around 3 posts a not that much and look at other people in this thread some have 4500
 
whats the hardest part about skiing without poles? Telling your parents your gay but there are a few exceptions but if you have LOL in your username you are.
 
whats the deal with carbon fiber poles. I heard they flex a lot and you won't break them. But my problem is there carbon fiber and that shatters. So what if you land on top of one of your poles if you fall on top of it after falling 20 feet out of the sky off of a jump. WOn't it shatter?
 
i use wooden sticks, jk, but i have 2 diffrant poles, its kinda getto but cool, i have a black smith, and a white k2.
 
i used to have mad dope poles but i was going down a double black un groomed chutes that my local resort has and i ended up rolling down half of it which was soooooooooo fucking scary had to hike up sooooo high in waste high powder just for my skis and i couldnt find my poles so i just no poled it on down tot he lodge and went down to the rental shop went in grabbed a set and bounced i was mad at the time that i lost em in hte first place so it didnt matter but this was when i was kinda a n00b

still my only set of poles tho

kids are paying like in the 100's for poles which is just absoultley redik to me
