Poles or poleless?

ive been filming a lot lately and its pretty hard to use poles while doing that so ive gotten used to the whole no poles thing even when im not filming.
 
I broke my thumb a few weeks ago and while I had a cast I never skied with poles. I gotta say, when skiing park, no poles is the way to go.

anywhere else= poles

i just feel retarded trying to ski anything other than park with no poles.
 
if you have to make a thread asking what other people think about going no poles, deep down, you know its fuckin gheyyy
 
I go nopoles occasionally if I'm in a dicking around mood but it's not worth how silly you look to do it all the time
 
Honestly, I never thought I'd ski without poles... But for fun me and some buddies dropped our poles for a few park runs and I was surprised how fun it was. I felt more creative or something idk. I do both now.
 
You broke your polls, don't buy new ones, go to rental and take two. Boom problem solved.
 
Depends on how I'm feeling. If I just want to fuck around while night skiing or just bomb runs I'll ditch my poles, but if I'm skiing bumps or Trees then I'll use them.
 
I no-poled for an entire season the year before Idea came out. It confused so many people hahaha, no-poling was sacrilege back then.

Then Idea dropped, everyone started doing it, and now its bigger than ever.

Super fun, I just consider poles another part of my ski gear though, I feel like I ski better with them and my balance is better.
