Poles bending and snapping

I've gone through like 6 pairs of poles and its pissing my off,

They keep bending, then after a little while they snap.

Anyone know a good set of poles?

How much do they cost?

I've been getting poles from a friend who works in the rental shop at one of the hills I go to, so dont know about how good they are :/

you might look into carbon fiber poles, i heard they are pretty good, not sure on price though...

i have the same problem, i cant keep poles longer than about a month. but i got a friend who has 140 dollar poles and he brakes them all the time (they have a good warrantee). so i would say your best bet is to buy the cheapest poles you can find

'Well... You.. Look pretty easy and you might put out, so roll in the cream cheese, roll in the cream cheese!'

go to your local shop and get some composite poles, they typically cost around 30 dollars, and never bend, but if you put too much pressure on them they will snap (have'nt done it yet, and i ride hard)

my intire crew waited for his ass at the bottem of the hill and beat the shit out of him. i broke his poles agianst a tree, and we snapped one of his skis. fucker got uppercutted so much. he was bleeding from his eyes and shit, crying like a little pussy. i busted out a body slam on his ass and broke both of his arms. the ski patroler broke up the fight and clipped all of our tickets. we where gonna beat the shit out of the patroller but my mom came to pick us up.

as i've said before, my $80 ICE USA poles have lasted 7-8 years...

however, a friend of mine just bought a pair and snapped them on his 3rd run.

that doesn't help much does it?

salomon cammo poles bend and snap too. me and my buddy both had them and his are bent and mine snapped in half when a snowboarder hit me.

I have some aluminum scott poles. $20 and they havent broken in the 2 years i had them.

My girlfriend told me to shove my skis up my ass

never get thin poles or aluminum they snap all the time. If they bend you can weld them back because once they bend they are more proned to snapping completely.

stop fncking up....or just get poles that can be returned if broken

I break my poles every now and then and in most these situations it´s either they break or my arm so I guess don't sweat it right?
