Polarizing Filter Question?

I am looking to get a Polarizing filter for my t2i and was wondering what to get. Would I be alright with a cheaper Tiffen CPL or should I spend more ? ( dont have too large a budget)

Any advice is appreciated !

 
do you have nd filters?

and usually, you get what you pay for, though you can get away with a bit more with video because the resolution is so much lower than in videos. But if anyone has advice, I am looking at buying some filters soon too
 
yea i am gunna get a Fader ND Mark II, and wanna add polarizing filter before i have it shipped.

 
I have heard that a cpl is unnecessary with a fader, because a fader is 2 cpl's, but again I don't know too much about this
