Fuck it.

I have a nasty rash/blisters thing all over my left leg, on the back of my leg on the right, and on my face.

I seem to get it every summer since 3 or 4 years ago and it pisses me off. and i know that i cant itch it for another couple of days, otherwise it will get nasty and infected (which has happened before).

damn this is irritating.
 
I accidently spread it to my dick one time when i was half asleep trying to itch down there. Needless to say it wasnt too pleasant.
 
someone said in another thread to pour hot water on it and it stops itching idk if its true but its worth a try
 
i think that would just aggrevate it.

if you rub jewel weed on it helps.

and yeah i almost got it on my dick last year and the year before that. it was scary waiting to see if it was gonne spread.
 
yea dude, that shit blows. i just got over a bad case of it. try taking a shower as hot as you can stand it cuz it opens up the blisters and helps get the crap out of them. also see if you can get some burts bees poisen ivy soap, it helps a bit. you can also talk to your doctor cuz there are pills/creams that are presciption only that get rid of it in just a few days.
 
I went camping a few days ago and passed out in some bushes and now I have that shit, too... and I have a nine hour shift at work tomorrow... it's going to be a rough day.

Whatever you do... don't get a boner. The shit absorbs itself into your bloodstream, so if you get an erection... POW! You're fucked. So Poison Ivy is especially bad because not only do you itch all over, but you have to think about hairy, aging men whenever you see an attractive member of the opposite sex. It's an unwritten symptom of Poison Ivy.

All seriousness aside, though, there's this Benadryl Anti-Itch Gel which works pretty well for handling the itching, doesn't help treat it though... Calamine lotion works pretty well, you can also use Cortizone, but sparingly... that shit is nasty.

 
Most irritating thing ever, I fucking hate that shit... Another reason why I love winter, not fucking gay plants to piss me off and make me itch...
 
ive just been keeping away from it and putting bandaids and shit on it at night so i dont itch it in my sleep.

i guess the hot shower thing would work, but its already weeping and shit so i'm just gonna let it take its course.

the first time i got it, i got it in a cut and it went into my bloodstream and it got infected. my knee (where the cut was) got all swollen and shit, on the hottest day of the summer too.

 
bleach works on like your legs or arms NOT on your face it u put it on a cotton ball and rub it where u got it it hurts like fucking hell but it starts to go and dont use to much cuz it will cut up ur skin and shit but i use it when i get like once or twice but if u have open blister that u itched its gunna hurt aaalot but it helps it to go away
 
^yea I had a blister on my foot from it and I was scratching at it and it popped open and someone told me to put bleach on it. I poured some over my foot and let it sit. It hurts like hell and don't wait over 5 min with bleach on your skin but it did stop itching.
 
the easiest way to get rid of it is to

1. Pour any liquor on the Poison Ivy

2. Blow on it

3. Final take an open flame and put it on the liquor soaked spot......!

anyways, i really don't have that problem seeing how somehow i became immune which is wierd cause i always used to get it
 
well i just heard today that your immunity goes on and off every 7 years.

so in 5 or 6 years you may be able to get it again.

but correct me if im wrong.
 
that shit sucks to themax, i used to get the same as you, just put that pink creasm on and stay inside watchin tv or chilin on NS
