Here is a little tidbit for y'all. Philou Poirier has hung up his skis to become the new sports marketing director at Oakley Canada, taking over a position loosely based on that of Seb Paradis, who has left to become a director at Red Bull Canada. Poirier was Oakley's first head to toe athlete, and should make significant contributions in not only skiing, but also mountain biking, several olympic sports.

First of all he has been in hardly any ski movies the last two years so I dont know how he is going to be in any less now....and second of all just because he has a job doesnt mean he is never going to ski again. Christ I cant believe how dumb all you kiddies are.

 
He had a great part in Sessions 1242 and of course he don´t quit skiing. He just aren´t professional anymore.

This is a really refreshing thread! Normally, if someone says something about a pro skier, there'll be at least a few people saying how they suck, or how they've sold out, or how they have lame style.

Good to see that everyone is being really positive about Philou, he deserves it!
