Hey guys I'm east coast but from wednesday to friday my friends and I are spending new years at my friend's house in the Poconos. I guess he lives close to a mountain called Camelback? Though I don't have a choice and that IS where I'm gonna be skiing, anyone wanna tell me what it's like? They say they have a park and it looks like they have some rails, but what kind of shape is it in now?

Thanks

We'll have you dead pretty soon.

i was there like 1 or 2 weeks ago and they had like 5 rails set up and one jump.. but if u go around the mountain there r smaller jumps and stuff and as long as u get enough speed u should be able to do some stuff... overall its pretty good for all mountain and the park is not too bad

That's good. The site says 6 rails and 2 hits now too. That not TOO bad considering the warmth the east has been experiencing. Thanks.

I don't doubt Jack Frost has a better park because Camelbacks was definately shatty. Not a bad place to start learning rails tho. Sup schmidy :O

^ yea they have a badass orange rainbow rail setup, i dunno if it is installed yet, but soem kids were digging up snow to put it in. I would love to hit it. Camelback wasn't bad at all, they have a couple nice hits.

keir started @ shawnee more or less.

Camelback's park sucks mostly.. but if ur gonna go there, slay everything in the park. There are a few groups of kids there who are really good that will show you up and know how to make the most of the crap that they have. Ski around the mountain a bit, theres a wooden rail slide on the lodge at the summit, some secret tree runs, a roof jib, and some other stuff if you look around.. also there are alot of hairpin turns that you can drop of the edges of.. and take upper cleo and jump over all the bushes on the right hand side.. thats fun.. other than that there isnt alot to do.. just make sure you dont get kicked out the patrol are pretty mean there
