Pocket Rockets

I skiied them in alta last year. I really liked them, but I liked the scratch BC's better

i don't want this to get out too far but i heard ninthward has sex with armada-Twix_182

I bought a pair of Pocket Rockets, but snapped them in half the second I clicked into them...pssh thats the last time I buy a pair of your shitty mortal skis.

hahaha shitty mortal skis that made me laugh

they're really good i had a pair for a season pretty flexy but light good to do tricks on much better then the 1080 pretty nice tree and pow ski

'kevin whyed nils pull you out?' 'Cuz i was touchin bitches.' 'No seriously why did he put scott in for you.' 'Scott doesn't touch bitches.'

they're soft and floppy, don't have torsional rigidity so they don't hold and edge, and i broke them in half a day.

my level of radness... it just can't... be quantified.

they are poo poo in pow. posh posh you people think 90 underfoot is a fat ski? POSH!

because I like poop.

They are same dimensions as Scratch Bc's. I've skied both and I think the pocketrockets are the best pow ski I've ever tried for just making 8's. they are far too soft for charging crusty terrain with confidence. I found them to be very durable, I skiied them for 1.5 seasons at alta and I dropped cliffs onto rocks crashed into shit all the time and never fucked them up at all. I thought they skiied groomers suprisingly well, I could lay them over pretty far. They are a great lightweight ski but far too soft for a very agressive skier. Once I hopped on my MSP's I realized how hard I was making it on myself trying to charge on the PR's

We pay our debt sometimes.

i rode em hard for a year up here in alaska. i dunno what the hell you guys do to make them break in a day...although thats probably a bunch of shit. but yea, good all around ski, big enough to float you, and thin enough to make some turns. they would be like the perfect ski i think if they wernt that floppy and noodly.

i rode em once last year and personaly i think they are sick not only in powder but also pretty decent in the park

Rock on

They are shite. Unless of course you're an obese 45 year-old mother of five first-time skier from Florida. In which case they're graet rental ski.

But really... foam core, soft flex, no torsional rigidity and side walls that'll hold the edges for about a month of rails. How much more shite can a pair of skis get?

These skis are poppin. They are fat and float, but also have a nice sidecut so they handle well anywhere and can hold an edge nicely. plus, they are way light if you hike at all.

I've been in the park with these, hucked them, and hit all kinds of rocks and they are still going strong after 2.5 seasons of skiing them hard

A very fun ski, one of the first fat twins. Some of the comments here are accurate that they can be a little soft when you're really charging. The modern day PR, the 1080 GUN is a nice improvement. An even better improvement is the 1080 GUN LAB. Significantly stiffer, holds a great edge and is lightweight.

there were actually 3 or so revisions of the pocket rocket, so maybe the older ones werent that great? i have the last ones to be called PRs before they changed to the GUN last year.

the best thing about them? the huuuuuuuuuuuuuge amount of snow they kick up behind you, no matter what type of surface your on.

i havent really tried them much in the park and i havent had any problems with them at all.
