Pocket Rockets at T.G.I. Fridays

I was there last night and they are hanging on the wall. The way they were set up, there were no holes drilled through them. If I went to the manager and offered him 150 for them, do you think he would take them off the wall? I live in Virginia, so its not like they would be trying to show off good skiis or anything. Any suggestions.
