Alright, I just heard that because of the buckle on the strap of smith goggles, that it sometimes can break the Giro goggle holder thing.

Shiv + Crowbars (and Splices I would imagine) is perfect

and ive seen a pic of McConkey rocking the rant + crowbars and they were flawless fitting

i have receptor bug and works super nice with my cbars and i have tries splices with receptor bug aswell and that also fits nicely.

receptor bug with a beanie and crowbars? and should I get a size up if I want to wear a beanie under it?

Get the size up if you want to keep the padding in, if not get the normal size that fits your head without a beanie. I can get a pretty thick beanie under my helmet when I take the padding out, but usually what I do is take the side pieces out and wear a bandana, fits nicely.
