Yes, the liners are non-removeable and they are insulated with Thinsulate.
... BTW I had been looking for the right mitt for while and these are exactly what I wanted just too small.
Not easy to find an elastic wrist mitt with Goatskin palm and waterproof and warm but not too warm
... Neff work mitt is pretty awesome, but not waterproof.
If no one buys these I'll probably just wear them and stretch them out.
