POC Helmet Vent Closing

So i ordered a POC helmet last year and the first day i wore it i realized that the vents were always open, so i stuffed kleenex in the holes so it wasnt freezing ( which it always is in Canada) and skied like that all year . soon after my buddy who had a POC helmet showed me he had this thing with rubber pieces that fit the holes which can be removed. So my question is: Does anybody know WHERE is can buy this piece?
I tried Emailing POC but their contact us page just has individual people to email so i emailed some random. and i cant return it/ ask the store i bought it from for one, since its like the floor model
 
dude that should have come with when u bought it... ive got that helmet and that vent shutter thing, and it comes with when u buy the helmet .

your best bet to get one is to email POC and say that u never got one with it and u need to be able to close the vents and ask for one.
 
im gonna sound like an idiot here but when i looked for an email address to email them all that came up was peoples person emails at POC so i emailed a random dude who had a position title which seemed like i should email and that was 2 weeks ago...no reply. Can anyone tell me the general contact email for POC ?

cooler than a polar bears toenail, those vents are really good unfortunetly haha, at least i had trusty napkins from the lodge to stuff in them from the inside...
 
What Poc helmet do you have? I have the receptor(sz. Large), and I don't use the vent block for it ever. I could send you them if you'd like.
