POC helmet sizing help

So trying figure out what size I need while wearing a beanie underneath. Anyone wear a 7 1/2 fitted hat wear a POC? I think need a XL.
 
i have a poc receptor bug and they seem to fit a little smaller than other helmets. i used to have a red trace that was just a bit too small in medium, got the poc in xl (with a beanie and goggles underneath) and it fits pretty well. if you know a store near by that sells them, go try some on, can't go wrong there.
 
I wear a 7 1/2 and i have an xl poc but i had to put in the thin pads when i wear it with a beanie and i use the thicker pads for my thinner balclava.
 
yeah actually i removed some of the padding so it fit better on my head. i suppose you could try buying one online from a site that has a good return policy, try it on, try removing pads maybe, and if you can't make it fit, return it for a different size...not the best way to do business, but if no shops have them, seems like the way to go.
