POC Goggles any good?

I was looking at POC'S iris bug and iris x goggles. Does anyone know how good they are or have a review on them?

Yes, POCS rule and I've been using them for the past 3 seasons. I use the Lobes on the dark days and the Iris Bug with the orange lens for everything else. I've read that people have complained about the lens scratching, but I have yet to experience that. Lobes will give you about the largest peripheral view of any goggle on the market. The Iris Bug has a slightly less range of view but still very good and offer great contrast when you need it most. They won't fog up on you as long as you keep moving and don't sweat a lot. Never really had any problems with any of the POCS.

I thought that I would love them at first, and after a few weeks I did. But when foul weather kicks in they are as good as garbage to me. They have no vents, so hiking should always be avoided. And when you get a few face shots and clean the snow off they start to fog, or when ever the cold air, to warm face ratio is off (if that makes any sense) these start to fog up. I was not satisfied and will be buying Smiths this year, IMHO the best bang for your buck.

not the greatest quality goggle out there. lenses are single and flat.

you'd be better off shelling out for something from Smith or Oakley
