They get together, and hug each other. Or CUDDLE CLUBs??

No drugs, or alcohol.

i dont know about this shit, but i know alot of the time if you see someone at a rave with a pacifyer its because they are doing drugs that can cause their jaw to slam and lock shut, and with out it they can bite their toung off.

id rather get hyphy and wear big ass sunglasses and drink out of an oversized martini glass then dress like that

yeah wtf. everyone around here has heard of candi-kids, but the last time i really saw any of them was when the E-rave scene was huge about 7 years ago.

if you're talking about washington state, didnt you hear about Naf and club FX back in the day, with the raves/candi-kids/candy-flippers?
 
euuuuughghghghgghggh! I'm actually starting to notice this PLUR trend picking up in ottawa... i've seen a few groups of these people lurking around now.
 
Well, these "Krazy" people you see here in these pictures are what the Raveing industry calls "Candy Kids". Originally back in the day when raves were first born a group of "hard partying kids" used to dress up in bright colors and hand out (extacy or ecstacy). They soon began to be known as the "kids" who handed out "candy" (i.e. Kandy Kids). In the early to mid-ninety's drugs were a major problem according to the government so they began the war on drugs. When this happened many of the drugs in the US became more pricey and "Candy Kids" could longer afford to give them out freely. Thus the drug dealer was accepted in to the rave scene in order to fit the demand for "pills". This effected the Kandy Kids because they no longer had a way to spread the bonded feeling, that they use to give to people. So in order to re-establish them selves they created "Candy". Candy are beads strung on elastic bands so they can be given from one person to another . They are given to show friendship and acceptance of each other in the rave community. As for pacifiers? they are used so you don't grind your teeth or chew through your lips while on ecstacy. This is lessen the damages ecstacy has on your body. As for them running around during the day that just means they were at some huge rave the night before can't sleep because of the ecstacy (amphedamine?). As for everything else they don't want hate or killing, they want LOVE and PEACE... whats so wrong with that.
