So i just bought the new afterbangs in 177. I moved from 164 and im about 5'9 5'10 and weigh 135. I feel i bought to big of a size. Tell me im wrong.

164's are definately to small. 177's should be ok I guess but If you could've you should've gone a bit shorter maybe somewhere around like 171

Yeah, you shouldn't have a problem. The 177's are perfect but if you had gone again a pair of last years 171 anthems or chronics wouldn't have been bad either. You will be fine though.

I'm 5'8" and I rode the 177s last year. You'll want the extra length so you don't wash out as much when you land slightly backseat.

Yes those are the perfect size. they may seem too big but you'll grow into them

Afterbangs are noodles, you'll be thanking yourself for the length later.

I'm 6' and 160lbs and 178 a-bangs were a nightmare if I was ever a little backseat on landings. You're a lot smaller so you should be good.

That's fine man. I'm 5'10 now but was 5'9 last season and my 177 afterbangs worked great. Its definitely the right decision.

don't feel bad about your purchase at all. it's my first season skiing and i'm on 183s (more like 180s) and it feels completely normal to me
