im sorry, but what the fuck! msnbc is the most bias tv station ive everwatched. ive seen replays of the fucling 4x100m 278328 times. what the fuck.

phelps might be good to some, but hes one ugly kid.

well first off... did you see the race?... the finish? im not a fan of watching swimming, but that was one of the closest races i have ever seen in my life... not to mention they shattered the world record by 4 seconds... i mean even the team that came in 5th place beat the world record..

 
the athletes are not becoming that much stronger or faster, the suits are getting better by being more buoyant and slippery.

^And they destroyed the world record because of special swimsuits they used, I think...
 
haha i'd change that icon, but your right, thats why every other race some world or olympic record is broken. the new suits have almost no drag in the water
 
of course american tv is going to jump all over this. the french talked shit on our team and then lost the race in the last lap. not only was it an exciting race, it makes for good news. also, to say phelps is only good by some peoples' standards is completely ridiculous. if it really frustrates you that much, turn off your tv.
 
whoa gus, relax. im not saying tha race was awful, it was amazing. its just, All i kept seeign was phelps screaming, no joke,i saw it in slow motion 18 times in less than 24 hours....

what do you think the chinese media or any other countries do when they win an event, whether or not is was that epic?
 
with all these new-fangled performance enhancing drugs created in labs each year it only makes sense that records are going to be broken. the drug testing committee cant keep up!
 
well i cant photoshop but it totally looks like phelps (guy on right) is blowing his load into somebodys butt (if there was sombody there)
 
whats wrong with that? why wouldn't americans want there fellow people to win? It's exciting to see your country's athletes do well even though the athletes performance realistically has no bearing on an average person's life. Also, if lichtenstein or switzerland or canada or anyone country did that well their country people would/should be excited too. What's so wrong with getting excited anyways?
 
1. Michael Phelps is not ugly. He in fact is quite the hotttie. I'm a guy and I will admit that.
2. The picture shows true excitement for winning a gold medal for your country in one of the most exciting races ever. It's patriotism. 3. How can you bash someone that dominates everyone in such a severe fashion. One of the best olympic athletes of all time.
 
are you implying that they should be rooting for polynesians or dudes from cote d'ivoire? whats wrong with rooting for the home team? do you think the chinese are like "WOOT GO CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC!!!!!!!!"
 
I swam in highschool and I know how Phelps to an extent. When your relay is behind and your anchor swimmer is catching up, the whole team and the stands are screaming at the swimmer, it gets intense. And when you win, it is intense.
 
I understand how you think that is gay, but it is really not. everyone has become so macho it is wrong to say another man is attractive, which Phelps obviously is. Women say other women are attractive all the time, so it is no different for a man to call another man attractive. I'm not gay, but I still say proudly that men, like Phelps or Matt Damon, are attractive. IF I were a woman or gay, I would definetely want their bods.
 
its so much more different for a man to call another man hot buddy. girls also call their friends(who are girls) girlfriends.... girls can also get away with holding another girls hand.... or making out if theyre drunk, and these arent a big deal.

if a guy called his buddy his boyfriend? if a guy held another guys hand? if a guy madeout with another guy> come on bro, you cant even come close to comparing them.
