This should be in non ski gabber but I figured I'd get an answer here quicker.

How do I resize pictures in Microsoft Photo Editor? and is there any way to change the images to a JPG or GIF format?

when it says 'save as' change the little box to whatever your heart desires. as for resizing i dont know.

i was going to go for a quad daffy but i was like, why huck? -mommy
 
To change formats I just open the photo up in microsoft pain and click save as at the bottom of the save as. window it should ask you which format youd like to save it as

I have some pics I'd like to put on the site but it says nothing over '100K'. Obviously my images are bigger than that, so how do I get them to be under 100K??

I use a graphic converter program that lets me customize pretty much any part of the image you could think of... size, dimensions, type, and about 50 other things.

you can use MS paint, and resize it. There is a stretch/skew option, and in that you can resize based on percentage. Always worked for me.

i use photoshop for resizing and such,its just so easy...if your program doesnt have a dropdown for your file type just save it as 'whatever.jpg'

yah i use photoshop, u can do hella cool stuff with it, and its easy to resize, just try to download it for free off kazaa or somthin, cuz even the limited versions are like $60

 
when you save your picutre as a jpeg, there shouldbe a quality thing from 1 to 12 under the file type and name, and you can lower the quality a little to make it smaller
