okay so my truck is a piece of shit

and today i pull into my driveway to get some eats, i was planning on going back out. when i turned it off last time, it sounded a little weird.

now, when i try to turn it on, all it does is make a ticking noise over and over real fast like

tickatickatickaticka really fast. and it won't turn on.

does anyone know what this is?

starter or relay. if it was a grinding...its probably your starter gears...

if its just a click, its a relay

Its your fuel pump man. Your engine isnt getting any fuel. My car is doing the same thing, well mine is going out so sometimes it wont start and others it will. Just give it some time and try again. BUt yeah im positive its your fuel pump.

i dunno but the same things happens sometimes with my sis's dirt bike if you use the cheater electric start button thing

It cant be your starter cause the clicking noise your hearing is your starter.

yeah, my fuel filter craped out on me and i had the same symptoms also
