Used firefox's iMacro program to hit refresh for me. Ill set it for a few thousand refreshes while I head out.

whenever I refresh his it either increases by 5,6,10,12,15, or 18

never anything else

I think he has some settings to have it increase by 5 or 6 x as much as normal cause I have never gotten less than 5 or anything other than a multiple of 5 or 6

He has an automatic program that sets a different proxy and refreshes itself about 5 or 6 times a second. He's probably running it on his computer, so if you turned that off you'd be good to make a comeback? Goodluck, you could either call him out on it, or just make your own batch file.
