I feel bad for you but I am just going to throw this out there.

Dont build a car and spend 50k plus if you cant. Dont spend every dime you have or a take out a loan just to build a car. why? because shit like this can happen or you could wreck it. The more common of the 2 would be a wreck. The car gets totaled, the insurance company isnt paying you 50k for all the shit you lost they are giving you the price of the car and thats it.

anyways I hope you figure this out. you need to get a lawyer or something. you dont seem really like you are doing everything you can here, it is 100% illegal to sell a stolen car soooo... i really dont get why you can figure this out.
 
typical American...spends money you don't have on shit you don't need. when shit hits the fan you got no savings and blame your financial problems on somebody else...so so typical
 
its funny that i almost wrote this exact same type of shit. he did get screwed but really shouldnt spend money if you dont have it on something like that.
