PLEASE HELP ft fitting issues

So I am in need of someone to try and explain this to me. So I ordered full tilts and they fit fine with foot size and everything. The right boot fits absolutely perfectly when I attach the cable and buckles. But on my left my foot fits in perfectly and the bottom cable fits perfectly, the top set of two do not. They are pushed as far forward as they will go, yet it takes a ton of effort to push them down and lock them into place which then makes it way too tight. My right foot ones are all the way forward (loosest) and they fit perfectly. There is just no way that my calves are that large. Can you push the buckle as a whole forward? like what's the deal? FYI I just took them out of the box so they are at the default settings I suppose. Any help would be appreciated, +k for sure. I just don't see how on the loosest position of the buckle how one could fit just perfectly and the other not fit at all, I expected to have to adjust it back to make it tighter. Thanks
 
You see this ladies and gentlemen is why you don't blindly order Full Tilts (or any boot) online...

But anyway I do believe it is possible to slide the whole buckle forwards and back which should relieve the tension. I not entirely sure how you do this though as I have never owned a pair of FT's but I have seen a friend of mine slide his buckles backwards and forwards.

Also I would suggest if you actually want a proper fitting boot and want to avoid a lot of issues later down the line you go to a boot fitter and get some custom made footbeds. They're expensive $150+ but worth every cent and they will last for around 2 - 3 pairs of boots.
 
Ya I got roped into it with my friend who was ordering, I shouldn't have blindly ordered them. I will look and see what I can do, I will also go by my ski shop and have them take a look at it, thanks
